PALMYRA: Harman, Patricia J., died on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the age of 83. There are no services planned at this time.  Patricia is survived by her daughter Kathy Rae Mehan; sons Douglas Harman, Robert Lee Harman II and Earl Coye; brother George Pappas and several grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughters Gretta Harman and Eva Mae Town.
