     Bill was born on August 23, 1942 in Rochester, New York the son of Cyril and Anne Wania Kastner. He was a veteran of the United States Army Reserve and a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology. Bill and the former Geraldine Duerheimer were married on October 2, 1965 in Rochester. Bill’s career at Xerox spanned many years. In his spare time he could be found hunting, fishing, playing golf or enjoying a game of euchre. He spent many hours volunteering for Meals-On-Wheels.

     Bill is survived by his wife Geraldine; daughter Lisa (Jerry) Griggs; son Erik (Monica) Kastner; brothers John (Barbara) Kastner and Cy (Marilyn) Kastner; grandchildren Brenna (Nathan) Griggs Kent, Jordan Griggs, Ashton Kastner, MaCauley ( fiancé Cassie Agren) Kastner and Kyle Kastner and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
