WEBSTER/PALMYRA: Virginia passed on September 30, 2025 at the age of 98.

Virginia was born in Lima, NY the 10th child of 13 children to John and Dora Carey Brisbane. She was a voracious reader, enjoyed playing Bingo and loved country music. Virginia dedicated many years of loyal service to the Palmyra VFW Ladies Auxiliary, the Palmyra Moose Lodge and the Rebekahs.
Virginia is predeceased by her husband Clement D. “Bud” Smith and their son Clement Jr. “Skippy”. She is survived by her daughters Adora Boyer (Clarence- deceased) and Nancy Richardson (Earl Paige – deceased); grandchildren Brandi Pisano (Darren Owen), Joseph Boyer, Kyle Richardson (Kelly Hartman) and Ashley Flores; great-grandchildren Ella and Nicholas Flores; sister Vivian Hoh; special nephew Douglas Brisbane and many nieces and nephews.
