Sharon was born on January 11, 1941 in Jamestown, NY. She graduated from the Olean High School and was employed by the Ontario County Mental Health Dept. and retired from the Town of Perinton. Sharon was predeceased by her son Geoffrey Butters; parents Jesse and Arlie Whipple; Sister Victoria Holmes. She is survived by her sons Brian Butters of MD., Barry (Lory) Butters of NC.; Geoffrey’s companion Tina, Grandchildren Rene’(Sydney) Hayford of MD., Jared (Ruth) Butters of Newark, Andrea (Joe) Doll of SC., Aaron Butters of Webster; five great-grandchildren; sister’s Corene (John) Trickey, Sue (Tom) Scrooby, Victoria’s Husband Phil; brother’s Jesse Whipple Jr., Doug (Shirley) Whipple, Mike (Joanie) Whipple.
