Rene is survived by his parents Elsie and Ben Morin; the mother of his children Lin Applegarth; significant other Donna Merritt; daughters Michelle Riedl, Brooke Bills-D'Ettore, Fawn LaRoche and Nichole LaRoche; sisters Denise Nowack and Carol Panos , six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and many friends. Rene's family wishes to thank the ICU team at Newark Hospital and especially his “night time girlfriends” Kerri and Michelle. He was predeceased by his biological father Leo LaRoche.
