NEWARK: Crawford, Judith A.; died on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at the age of 78 with her family by her side. Family and friends are invited to call from 4-7pm on Tuesday, December 28 at the Robert L. Yost Funeral Home, Inc., 123 W. Main St., Palmyra where a funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, December 29. Burial will follow in Palmyra Cemetery.

      Judy was born on March 1,1943 in Elmira, NY the daughter of Merle and Irene Cortright Deats.  Her greatest joy was acting out her powerful faith by  doing things for others and was always ready to lend a hand. Judy loved helping to raise her grandchildren and being there to help others through hard times. Judy was preceded in death by her husband David F. Crawford Sr. and sister Doris Ayers. Judy is survived by her sons David “Chip” (Laurie) Crawford Jr., Timothy Crawford, Christopher Crawford and Joel (Dawn) Crawford; brother Robert Deats; grandchildren Jeff Crawford, Sarah Carbonaro, Megan Crawford, Kailyn Crawford, Cassey Abrams, Timothy Crawford, Makalah Santos, Matthew Rogers and Brandon Rogers and thirteen great-grandchildren.
