PALMYRA; Kiesinger, Joan W., died on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at the age of 82. A memorial service will be held at  10am on Saturday, October 17 in Napolean Hall at Demay Living Center in Newark.

     Joan was predeceased by her husband Thomas Kiesenger and parents Lloyd and Genievieve Hungerford Windsor. She is survived by her son Thomas “Tim” (Eileen) Kiesinger; sister Carol Russell; brothers John and Gordon Windsor; grandson Adam Rosenbauer; great-granson Jeremiah; niece Karen and nephews John Jr., Robert and Eric.
