PALMYRA/NEWARK: Francis, Eileen B.; died on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the age of 75. At Eileen’s request there will be no calling hours or service. Eileen is survived by her sister Bea Murray; special niece and caregiver Amy Brown and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister Marian Brown and brothers Robert and Ronald Francis.
