PALMYRA: Halsey, Dorothy C., died on Friday, February 13, 2015 at the age of 88. Family and friends are invited to call from 1 to 1:45 on Wednesday, February 18 at the Robert L. Yost Funeral Home, Inc. , 123 West Main Street, Palmyra. A service of committal will be held at 1:45. Spring burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery. The family requests that there be no flowers. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Donald Halsey. She is survived by her son Daryl; nieces and nephews and good friends.
