PORT GIBSON: Bush, Doris Arlene; 12/25/1933 – 02/08/2015, Sunday February 8, 2015 at Newark Hospital. Wife, loving mother, grandmother, our energizer bunny, went to be with the Lord and those members of her family who have predeceased her; mother Nelia, brother Richard, son and daughter-in-law William and Deborah(Wilkins), grandson Alan, son-in-law Larry Parker and many other angels.

Doris was born in East Palmyra, NY the daughter of Ralph and Nelia Blankenberg Farnsworth. She married her life long love William Bush on January 30, 1953. The couple recently celebrated their 62^nd wedding anniversary. Doris loved the outdoors, especially camping, gardening and hunting during her younger years, however her greatest love was being with her family. Sunday family dinner followed by a euchre game was a loved tradition.

Doris is survived by her husband William C. Bush, son Richard (Tricia); daughters Dolores “Pokey” Parker and Denise (Steve) Rosenberger; twin sister Dolores “DeDe” Farnsworth; grandchildren Jennifer (Andy) and Dana (Jeremy) Bush, Jessica (Jon) Thomas, Rachel Finnity, Greg Chrysler, Michael (Aubry) Parker and Sonia and Chris Rosenberger; great-grandchildren Ryan and Chloe Bush, Dillon Thomas, Madelyn Finnity and Zoe Parker; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Roger and Barbara Bush as well as many very special nieces, nephews and cousins.

At Doris' request there will be no calling hours. A spring burial with immediate family and friends will be held in Port Gibson Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorials to St. Judes Hospital or to Camp Good Days and Special Times.
