Shortsville/Manchester: Gillotte, Dominick F.; died on Sunday, January 24, 2016 at the age of 79. Family and friends are invited to call from 6-8pm on Friday January, 29 at the Robert L. Yost Funeral Home, Inc., 123 West Main Street, Palmyra and at Cross Creek Free Methodist Church from 1-2pm on Saturday, January 30 where a funeral service will follow at 2pm. Mickey was born on May 3, 1936 in Geneva, New York the son of Peter and Benedetta Gillotte. He was a lifetime member of the Palmyra VFW. The funeral home proudly flies the United States Army flag in honor of Mickey's service to our country. Mickey was a member of Cross Creek Church where he was very active and volunteered many hours mowing the lawns and cleaning the building. He enjoyed working in his yard, bowling and getting together with his card group.

Mickey is survived by his wife Carol; daughters Susan Narrow, Melissa Grana, Sandra Boening and Ruth VanGorder; son Floyd Baker; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and good friends. He was predeceased by his sister Connie Tuccerri and brother Joe Gillotte.
