     Debra is survived by her husband Charles Lowery; parents Bert and Virginia Hellis; daughters Brandilynne (Matt) Sager and Samantha Howell; stepdaughters Elizabeth Lowery and Erin Lowery; brothers Michael Hellis and Bert Hellis; 8 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and “her baby” Buster.
