PALMYRA: Lape, Carlton R. “Dick”; died on December 14, 2025 at the age of 88. In keeping with Mr. Lape’s wishes there will be no calling hours or services.

     Dick was a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1965-1971 having achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. The funeral home proudly flies the United States Army flag in honor of Dick’s service to our country. Dick was an independent photographer and photographic artist.

      Born on April 10, 1937 in Cobleskill, NY to Carlton H. and Eva Fuller Lape who predecease him; he is survived by his son Richard D. Lape and grandchildren Sarah and Lisa Lape.
