PALMYRA: Culver, C. Robert, died on Monday, July 11, 2106 at the age of 89. A memorial service will be held at 10am on Saturday, July 16 at Western Presbyterian Church of Palmyra with a reception to follow in Fellowship Hall. Burial with military honors will be at 2pm on Saturday in Evergreen Cemetery, Bristol, NY.       Bob was a lifelong member and ordained elder of Western Presbyterian Church. He served on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Home Meal Service and the United Way and was a volunteer at Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic. Bob was a longtime member of the Palmyra-Macedon Rotary Club and had retired as the Controller of International Accounts after many years of service with Garlock and Colt Industries. He was a member of the James R. Hickey American Legion Post 120. The funeral home proudly flies the United States Army flag in honor of Bob’s service to our country during WWII.

     Predeceased by daughter Kathleen McKee of Dunville, Ontario, Cananda. Survived by his wife Jane; daughter Patricia (Paul) Dlugosh of Palmyra; grandchildren Emily (Joshua) Hunt of Palmyra and Benjamin (Lauren Dunkle) Dlugosh of Rochester, Kristin (David) Pressey of Dunville, Kali (Brian) Bailey of St. John, New Brunswick; great-grandchildren Avery and Rory Hunt, Ethan, Nicholas and Joshua Pressey and Thomas, Alexander and Chloe Bailey; son-in-law Kevin McKee of Dunville and many beloved nieces and nephews.
