PALMYRA: Anthony, Betty J. 92, died on Monday Dec. 5, 2016. Family and friends are invited to call from 3-6pm on Thursday, December 8 at the Robert L. Yost Funeral Home, Inc., 123 West Main Street, Palmyra. Burial will be at 10:15am on Friday, December 9 in Palmyra Cemetery. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday at the Western Presbyterian Church of Palmyra. Memorials may be directed to the Western Presbyterian Church of Palmyra, 101 E. Main St., Palmyra, NY 14522.

     Betty was born on August 22, 1924 in Ontario, NY the daughter of Elliott and Alice (Noble) Cuvelier. She and Lloyd Anthony were married on July 24, 1943 in Waco, TX. Betty was a retiree of Palmyra-Macedon Central School  and a member of Western Presbyterian Church. Betty and Lloyd were avid dancers and Master Point Bridge Players.

      Betty is predeceased by her husband Lloyd and brothers Richard Cuvelier and Rodney Cuvelier. She is survived by her daughter Joan Wiedrick; granddaughter Holly (Bill) McCoy and great-grandchildren Matthew and Morgan McCoy and several nieces and nephews.
