CLIFTON SPRINGS: Copeland, Anna Mae, died on Monday, November 9, 2009 at the age of 89. Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11am on Saturday, November 14 at the Robert L. Yost Funeral Home, Inc., 123 West Main Street, Palmyra where a funeral service will follow calling at 11am. Burial will be in Port Gibson Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Finger Lakes Visiting Nurse Service, 1200 Driving Park Avenue, Newark, New York 14513. Anna was born on July 14, 1920 in Grove City, PA the daughter of Don and Grace Vanatta Lees. She had been a member of the West Walworth Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and a volunteer for Finger Lakes Visiting Nurse Service. Mrs. Copeland is survived by her son Don (Sheila) Copeland; son-in-law Daryle Welker; grandchildren Darya (Stuart) Rotblat, Scott Copeland and Alison (Mark) Wodoslawsky and great-grandchildren Ty and Sam Rotblat. She is predeceased by her husband Merle Copeland; daughter Mary Ann Welker; grandson Tyler Welker; great-granddaughter Julia Rotblat and eight brothers and sisters.
