PALMYRA: Wilcox, Frank H.; age 82, died on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at his home in Palmyra. Frank was born June 8, 1937 in Macedon, New York to Adelbert and Ruth (Bills) Wilcox. Frank retired from Garlock Sealing Technologies after 31 years. Frank was predeceased by his parents Adelbert and Ruth (Bills) Wilcox and brothers Richard, Gerald, Robert, Harmon and William Wilcox. He is survived by his sisters Janet Herman and Joan Longwell; special nephew Daniel Herman and niece Kay Herman and best friend Fred. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
