PALMYRA/MARION: Marsille, Mary E.; died on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the age of 66. Committal prayers will be offered at 10:30am on Thursday, September 14 in East Palmyra Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at noon on Thursday (9/14) at Palmyra Reformed Church followed by a reception in the church hall. Memorials may be directed to the Palmyra Reformed Church, 236 Canandaigua St., Palmyra, NY 14522.

     Mary was born on August 12, 1951 in Canandaigua, New York the daughter of Arthur and Betty Waldron Thompson. She was married to John Marsille on August 12, 1978 at the Arcadia Reformed Church in Newark, New York. Mary had been very involved with many church and Christian activities throughout her life including Sunday School and Mission Boards.

    Mary is survived by her husband John; mother Betty Thompson; sister Barbara (Charles) Schwab; brothers Edward (Wendy), Jack (Deborah), William (K’Elly) and Peter Thompson; brothers-in-law Steve (Marcia) and Donald (Margaret) Marsille; sister-in-law Melody Coriddi and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Arthur Thompson and Mother-in-law and Father-in-law Tanneke and Abraham Marsille.
