FARMINGTON/VICTOR: McLaughlin, Marie Irma Ardell; died on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at the age of 90. Predeceased by her husband Earl “Mickey” McLaughlin, parents Earl and Irma Ardell. Survived by children and spouses, Jeanne Pimm, Thomas and Roberta McLaughlin, Judith and Lawrence Snyder, Edward and Linda McLaughlin and Donald and Rose McLaughlin, 25 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 2 special nieces, sisters-in-law Janice McLaughlin and Betty Ardell. Predeceased by brothers Grant Ardell and Richard Ardell; brothers-in-law Robert McLaughlin, Frances “Jack” McLaughlin and sister-in-law Helen McLaughlin.

      Marie was born on December 14, 1926 in Canandaigua, the daughter of Irma Payne and Earl Ardell. She graduated from Canandaigua Academy. Mickey and Marie were married November 22, 1947 at the Canandaigua Methodist Church. She was very proud of her large, close family. Her warmth, sense of humor and her smile will always be remembered by those who loved her.

       There will be no calling hours. A celebration of life will be held at Zion Episcopal Church in Palmyra on Saturday, September 2 at 10am. Interment will be in South Perinton Methodist Cemetery.
